BVI Companies with Bearer and Registered Shares |
In June 2008, we informed you that all British Virgin Islands’ Business Companies incorporated before the 1st January 2005 that currently have Memorandum and Articles of Association, which allows the issuance of bearer shares, will automatically be deemed/amended to state that the Company can only issue registered shares as of midnight 31st December 2009.
