Delegation from Panama Visits Ecuador

Panama’s Vice President and Foreign Minister seeks to promote bilateral political and trade ties with Ecuador and is leading a delegation of government officials to the South American country.

The main topics on the agenda are tax issues, tariff exemptions, combating drug trafficking and organized crime and promoting tourism.

Vice President Juan Carlos Varela is joined in Ecuador by government officials from the Foreign Ministry, Trade Ministry, Tourism Authority, and the Civil Aviation Authority.
